Payment must be made in full prior to the event or paid in cash to the artist on arrival.

Cancellation Fee:If the event is cancelled within 24 hrs of start time, payment is due in full. There will be a cancellation fee incurred for each date postponed or cancelled. Client agrees to pay full amount even if Client actually uses artist for less time than booked.
Overtime: If we do not have another event to attend and if the artist(s) is able and willing to stay beyond the agreed time, the customer agrees to pay $100.00 per hour, per artist payable in cash to the artist at the time of the event.
Checks: We do accept checks by mail, please contact MadJackArt to work out the details.
Returned Checks: There will be a $30 fee for returned checks, plus the amount of the check.
Shelter: The artist will have no problem working outdoors under proper weather conditions, if you need MadJackArt to provide the shelter there will be additional cost or a suitable shelter must be supplied by the client.
Parking: Parking must be provided for the artist near the event location, so that equipment may be unloaded. If arrangements cannot be made for parking close to the location, then the client agrees to provide people to unload equipment and deliver to the painting location. The Client will reimburse the artist for any parking fees.
Liability Statement: Artist is not liable for allergic reactions to paint/ink/adhesive. It is the parent’s responsibility to notify the artist if their child has sensitive skin. For safety reasons, artists will not apply paint/ink/adhesive to children under two years old. For sanitary reasons, artist will not paint/ink/adhesive anyone who is or appears to be sick or be suffering from: cold sores; conjunctivitis; any infections skin condition; eczema or open wounds. Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property.
Artist will not supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Parents’ responsibility. Artist cannot see other children while he/she is painting.
